François Ball
Founder - Chartered Accountant
François Ball holds a Bachelor’s degree from CCI Campus Alsace and a Master’s in Finance completed across SRH University Berlin, Tongji University, and OMNES Education. He later pursued chartered accountant studies at the University of Luxembourg.
He began his career at PwC as an auditor specializing in private equity structures, before joining Oaktree Capital Management as Financial Controller and Manager overseeing SPV reporting.
Alongside this, he built and leads an office in Oran and is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables Luxembourg.
Patrice Gallasin
Founder - Chartered Accountant
Patrice Gallasin holds a Master in Law (tax and corporate law) from the University of Reims and an MBA from Groupe ESC Reims.
He began his career at Benelux Trust (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (2001–2007) as Legal Counsel and Head of Accounting, then joined P.A.L. Services (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (2007–2009) as Manager and Head of Accounting.
Since 2009, he has been Managing Director at ONE Luxembourg S.A. and One Dom S.à r.l., specializing in fiduciary services and international corporate structures. He is also a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables Luxembourg.
Thierry Vimal Ravindirane
Senior Manager
Thierry-Vimal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Law School of Strasbourg and a Master’s degree in Financial and Operational Audit from EM Business School in Strasbourg.
He began his career at PwC Luxembourg as an auditor, gaining experience across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Securitization, before joining Oaktree Capital Management as Financial Controller overseeing a portfolio of Luxembourg-based SPVs. In this role, he managed key financial operations, including accounting, cash management, and reporting activities, and developed strong expertise in investment and debt structures.
He is fluent in French, German, English, and Tamil.
